Hi friends! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We were with the in-laws yesterday, and I am in the midst of preparing another Thanksgiving here at my house for my side of the family. Lots of eating going on!
I just wanted to pop in and let you know that Purple Onion Designs is having a Holiday Sale, 25% off of all their stamps!
I have a couple of cards to share with you that I created with their newest November release!
For all of my cards today, I stamped the background images in waterproof black ink and watercolored them with Peerless watercolors. The other images, I stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with Copic Markers. I fussy cut them all out and added them with foam tape.
I added snow to these by splattering white ink with a paint brush.
I just love these cute images! They make the sweetest winter scenes!
Okay I have got to run back and check on my pumpkin pies! Sorry for the short post! I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday and weekend!
You can find all of the stamps I used on these cards HERE.

Hello! We are just a few days away from Thanksgiving here in the states and the holiday feeling is definitely in the air around our house! I've been making lots of Christmas cards with all of the fun new holiday products out there and I have a cute one to share with you today using some of the new November Neat & Tangled release.
For this card, the little boy who is the star of the show is from The Christmas Pageant stamp set. The tree is from Lumberjack Love, the present is from Fa La Llama, and the snowflake is from Holiday Baking.
For the background I did something fancy. I don't normally do fancy, glittery, blingy stuff, but for Christmas I sometimes go all out. I used some embossing paste and I mixed some Lindys Magicals Jingle Bells in with that and spread it through the Radiating Star Stencil. I have totally fallen in love with hat stencil! Before the texture paste was dry, I sprinkled it with fine glitter.
All of the images were colored with Copic markers and I added some stickies to each of them for some more glittery bling-ness! I took a piece of white card stock, cut a circle in it, stamped the sentiment from the Joyful Sentients stamp set, and mounted this over my stenciled background with foam tape. All of the images were adhered with foam tape, and I added a few sequins from the Snowfall Sequin mix.
I hope you have enjoyed my card! Have a wonderful week!

Hello! I am thrilled to be joining Lawn Fawn this week for their Fawny Holiday Week! They have lots of inspiration over at the Lawn Fawn Blog to get you in the Holiday mood for creating! There are also some give-aways so be sure to check it out!
I used several different stamp sets to create my little winter scene here, Winter Village, Christmas Dreams, Toboggan Together, and Mom & Me. For the background I used Festive Berries and Fired Brick Distress inks, and blended them on Bristol Board. I then speckled it with water and when that was dry, some Picket Fence Distress Stain
I colored all of the images with Copic Markers. I wanted to stick with the white, gray and red color scheme, so I limited my palette to only those colors. I cut all of the images out with their coordinating dies and adhered most of them flat with tape adhesive. The two foxes I popped up with some foam tape.
All of the products I used are listed and linked below.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hello! I am back again to share another card I made with some stamps from the new Purple Onion Designs November Christmas Release! These adorable stamps are designed by the artist Stacey Yacula and they are the sweetest!
The collection consists of 22 winter/holiday themed stamps and they are designed to coordinate with prior stamp collections.
So for my card I stamped the background stamp ( Home Sweet Home ) across the panel with waterproof black ink. I then watercolored everything with Peerless watercolors. I stamped the truck ( Old Betsy) and the small tree with Tuxedo Black ink and colored those with Copic Markers.
I created a road for my little truck by glueing a strip of black card stock along the bottom of my card. I fussy cut the truck and small tree out. I glued the small tree behind the truck to look like it was in the back, then adhered it to my card with foam tape. Next was the risky part. I speckled the whole finished card with white ink. I usually do this before I adhere everything, but I wanted the snow on the truck too. Luckily it went on evenly without any ginormous snow blobs! :D

Hello! I am thrilled to be joining sweet friend Tracey's 25 Days of Christmas Tags along with Neat & Tangled this year! If you are not familiar with Tracey's Tag event you can find her blog HERE. If you love to make tags for Christmas you will definitely want to check it out! So much inspiration and prizes from some of the top stamp companies!
I have a fun tag to share with you that I created with some of the new November release products along with some old favorites from Neat & Tangled.
For my tag, I used the Classic Tag 2 dies. I then stenciled the design onto the background with the Radiating Star Stencil using Aqua ink. I cut a snowy hill from the Stitched Slope Dies, then I cut the top and a little strip for the bottom out of aqua card stock and glued those down. I then cut the white scalloped border out with the Scalloped Dies. I cut it down to fit across the top of the tag and adhered with liquid glue.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Be sure and check out all of the other Neat & Tangled Tags on Tracey's blog HERE! And be sure to leave a comment for a chance to win!

Hi there! I am super happy to be guesting again with Sunny Studio Stamps! Their cute designs always bring a smile to my face!
For my card here, I used the Playful Polar Bears stamp set and coordinating dies. The little trees in the background are from the Christmas Home stamp set. For my background I used Distress Ink on Bristol Board. I blended Peacock Feathers over the whole panel and added Mermaid Lagoon across the top. I sprinkled that with water and then some white ink. I cut two snowy hills for my scene, and glued those flat to my blended panel. All of the images were colored with Copic markers.
I love the way the polar bear dies cut little slits along their hands and arms so you can tuck the items underneath them! So fun! I added the trees with liquid adhesive and tucked them behind the snowy hills, then adhered the bears and gift box with foam tape. The sentiment is from Playful Polar Bears stamp set and Christmas Home stamp set. I embossed it with white embossing powder and adhered them with foam tape as well.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Be sure to check out all of the fun stamps and dies at Sunny Studio Stamps!

Hi there! Welcome to the last day of the November Neat & Tangled release countdown! All of the new products are available in the Neat & Tangled Store NOW!
Today I am showcasing the Warm Winter Scene Cover Plate. I used this in several of my earlier projects, but had to do a card devoted just to it. It is really a fun die! So many possibilities here!
I also wanted another excuse to use the beautiful Joyful Sentiments stamp set! I thought it went so well with this peaceful winter scene. I used Distress ink blended onto Bristol Board for my background. I blended some different colored inks onto white card stock to cut the houses and trees out. The snowy hills were die cut with the Stitched Slope dies. I adhered those flat to my panel, then tucked the houses and trees in behind them.
I stamped the sentiment with dark green ink, and then I speckled the whole card with white ink.
Be sure to stop by the Neat and Tangled Blog to see all of the design team inspiration!
